Hot Days

Trying to sneak up on a bird to snap a closeup to identify it. They look like little blue heron.

It's a bit cooler at 13,500 feet, especially when traveling at 120mph.

my hot Austin Sunday pictures.

 Dear Posterous,

Here are a few of pictures for my hot Austin Sunday…

Found my cat Callie stretched out napping outside my kitchen window. The thermometer on the back patio where Callie is napping says it was about 92 degrees.

I tried to lure rain our way by hanging laundry outside in the backyard (it didn’t work, sorry)

The only water being produced was from our air conditioner’s drain. We collected about ½ gallon and gave it to a thirsty plant.

I took all the photos. Thanks for letting me share my day.
